How to Book

You can book online or contact us directly by phone or text.

We use the third-party platform Fresha to make your booking experience as simple and convenient as possible. While you have the option to enter your card details when booking, it is not required. Please note that your card will only be charged after your treatment has been completed.

Important Reminders

  • You need to be 18 or older to make a booking. Advanced and electrical facial treatments are only available for adults 18+.

  • If you’re under 18, you can still enjoy a natural facial, but a parent or guardian must give consent by completing the online waiver.

  • Clients aged 14–15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire appointment.

  • Clients aged 16–17 can choose to have a parent or guardian with them, if they’d like.

Gift Cards/ Vouchers

To redeem a gift card simply make a booking. Skinworks Studio gift cards can be redeemed at our treatment room. Simply enjoy your facial, and then we can apply your gift card at checkout.

Late and Cancellation Policy

We value your time and want to make the most of your appointment. Please arrive on time, as any time missed due to lateness will be deducted from your session, and we’re unable to extend appointments.

If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 4 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice will incur a 25% fee. For missed appointments or arrivals too late for the session to take place, a 50% fee will apply.
