Here are answers to some of the questions we often get about our facial treatments.

What may prevent me from receiving a treatment?

For your safety, some conditions mean we cannot proceed with your facial treatment. These are called contraindications.

We’re unable to treat you if you have any of the following:

  • Cancer or currently undergoing cancer treatments (except our Oncology Touch Therapy)

  • Broken bones or facial fractures

  • Viral infections (cold sores, warts, cold)

  • Bacterial infections (impetigo, boils, conjunctivitis)

  • Fungal infections (ringworm)

  • Recent surgery

  • Undiagnosed lumps or swelling

  • Fresh bruising

  • Open sores or wounds

  • Head lice

  • Pregnancy

If you arrive with any of these conditions, we’ll need to reschedule your appointment for your safety.

How do I purchase a gift card?

You can buy a gift card online or in person:

Online:

  • Purchase via our website link

  • Receive an email voucher to print or forward

  • Prefer a physical card? - We’ll post a beautifully designed card to you free of charge

In-person:

  • Buy a gift card at our treatment room

  • Comes with a beautiful card and envelope, at no extra cost

Can I visit with a friend?

Yes! You can bring one friend (max two people in total) to the treatment room.

  • While we don’t have a separate waiting room, we have a cozy space for your friend to wait.

  • If you’d like to book treatments back-to-back, message us beforehand.

  • A few minutes between appointments are needed to clean and reset the treatment area.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

  • Less than 4 hours’ notice: 25% fee

  • No-show: 50% fee

What are your opening hours?

  • Tuesday: 9:30am – 8:00pm

  • Wednesday: 9:30am – 5:30pm

  • Thursday: 9:30am – 2:00pm

  • Friday: 9:30am – 5:30pm

Extra times may be available on request.

Is there free parking?

Yes! Free parking is available on our driveway, with a space always reserved for you.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept:

  • Cash

We use a third-party booking system so you can:

  • Complete consultation forms quickly

  • Book future appointments easily
